Crathes Castle Grounds, 1997:
This was a matter of: Shane (a friend) and I sitting in our hostel in Aberdeen, Scotland, pondering over a local map as to
what might possibly be of interest. Aberdeen itself is cityish -- and although we did have the fortune of finding, quite by accident,
some of the best live traditional music we've ever heard in an out-of-the-way city pub just the night before -- we weren't in the mood for the city this particular
day (it might also have had something to do with the umpteen pints of Tennant's T Lager we drank the night
before). We saw the golden word "castle" on the map, bothered a poor bus driver, and eventually found ourselves dumped at Crathes.
We quickly forgot our hangovers.
