Edinburgh Castle, 1997:
Edinburgh remains, in my opinion, one of the most fascinating cities on earth. From the culture (we
found live Scottish music seven days a week) to the food (some of the best french fries
in the world) to the drink (lager, lager, lager) to the scenary (Edinburgh Castle, Holyrod Palace, The Royal Mile,
etc), yes, Edinburgh is the place to be if you like cities.
The city's main tourist attraction is testament to the city itself. Edinburgh Castle is well worth a day's exploration,
and it's just up the street from the official Scotch Whiskey tour. Aah, life is good in this stone city.
