Night

[kaohsiung night]

Note from me: in 1999, Erin and I moved to Taiwan to teach English to school children. We were positioned at the Shivh Wen Language School, in the Nantzu suburb of Kaohsiung. The city was huge by humble Nova Scotia standards (3+ million people) and the culture shock, initially, was strong. We grew to make many friends, find many favourite spots in the city, and learn enough Chinese to order tequila shots in Graffiti, a great local pub.
