No, not a scene from some cheesy horror movie about a killer dog named "Nanuk". Rather, I was driving along the shores of Resolute Bay one day when I thought to myself, stupidly, "who would paint a dog?" Turns out the blood is real, and it was lunch, only it wasn't human. Rather, a seal met its unfortunate end.
